Update on the Intro Sequence

Quick update on the intro sequence progress!
I’ve been working on the boat animation that kicks off the game. It’s a simple setup for now, but seeing the boat glide into the scene really helps set the tone for the opening. I animated its movement manually to match the pacing of the intro — nothing too complex yet, but it’s giving the start of the game some much-needed motion and direction.
To go along with that, I also added a motor sound effect. It fades in as the boat appears and blends nicely with the animation. That small audio detail instantly adds a sense of realism and presence — way more than I expected from just one layer of sound.
It’s still early, but I’m happy with how these elements are starting to click together. Even this small moment at the beginning already gives the world a bit more life.
More to come as I keep building out the intro and polish the atmosphere!
